In this video I talked about other ways I am trying to reduced waste & what I thought of them.

Pictures of My Shenanigans!

I've had this recipe in my mind for awhile & decided to give it a try: carrot Wellington sprinkled with gremolata! It came out way better than expected! I will definitely make this again!
New board sign for March!
I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, teaching my parents how to use the drop-in function on the Echo may be my most egregious 😂😭😂😭
I have a rectangular tart pan & one of my favorite things to do with it is make asparagus quiche.
It kinda fell apart when I served it but I made vegetarian moussaka for dinner. I got an eggplant in my @hungryharvest box that was getting soft so I knew I needed to use it up. I also got a large zucchini so I decided moussaka would be great. Instead of ground beef I made a lentil & kale tomato sauce. This meal was about 98% Hungry Harvest!. I served it with couscous
COVID traveling is not for me, lol. There was no wine in coach because American Airlines decided to not supply individual wine servings 😭😭😭. Wearing a mask all day didn't bother me too much but I found that it was much harder to understand people without seeing their lips. I also find it hilarious that airlines will state, "please be sure to give space between you & the other passengers" while stuffing us like sardines in a max capacity airplane 😂🙄
